Job Summary
To drive sales growth in the retail sector, the full-time Retail Account Executive will build and manage a pipeline of new retail accounts, engage with VP-level contacts, and close deals remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and close new retail accounts without relying on inbound leads
- Manage a personal sales pipeline in CRM while collaborating with technical teams on project scopes
- Represent the company at industry events and leverage existing relationships to generate sales
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years focused on retail or omnichannel brands
- Established network with VP-level contacts in midmarket and enterprise retail
- Experience selling integration platforms, commerce technology, or SaaS infrastructure is preferred
- Ability to engage with technical buyers and discuss APIs, loyalty systems, and commerce stacks
- Proven track record of building a sales pipeline from scratch
