Retail Account Executive
Job Summary
To drive profitable sales of NCR Voyix's Retail portfolio, the full-time Retail Account Executive will manage account planning and development, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while working remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand the retail industry and articulate the value of NCR Voyix's solutions to customers
- Manage the sales funnel from pipeline to closure, capturing and updating opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and account profitability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, particularly in the Retail industry
- Experience in selling solutions, including infrastructure and software applications
- Demonstrated success in managing account relationships and achieving sales quotas
- Ability to develop senior-level business relationships with customers through a consultative selling approach
