Job Summary

Retail Accounts Specialist is a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day operations for major retail accounts, including pricing discrepancies, item setup, and consignment invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and resolve pricing discrepancies and manage late or dropped purchase orders
  • Set up new items and stores in retailer portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Process chargebacks, returns, and consignment invoicing while maintaining compliance with retailer requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account coordination, sales operations, or customer account management
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle
  • Familiarity with Home Depot and/or Lowe's vendor portals
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
