Retail Activations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Activations Representative (WFH+ Uncapped Commission).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from retail customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions while presenting and selling new products and value-added services
• Maintain strong knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales/retail activations or another customer-focused environment
• Computer skills including typing and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
