Retail Alternative Investment Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the retail alternative funds operations team, the full-time Retail Alternative Investment Operations Manager will manage department associates, refine processes, and ensure accountability while interacting directly with clients, financial representatives, and vendors in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, training, performance appraisals, and corrective actions for department associates
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss procedures and mentor associates through coaching and effective practice modeling
• Ensure compliance with SEC, NICSA, and FINRA regulations while maintaining timely processing of all transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or related field
• At least 1 year of management and leadership experience
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Series 6 or 7 license preferred
