Job Summary

Seeking a full-time BPO Retail Manager, the successful candidate will manage audit processes, enhance reporting through BI tools, and lead a team to drive revenue growth while working closely with operations and client teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and implement improvements in current audit processes to maximize resources and revenue
  • Utilize BI tools to support reporting and data analysis, including SQL Management Studio, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team focused on best practices to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of audit and management experience in the retail sector
  • Expertise in claims recovery lifecycles and financial forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, and data modeling
  • Strong SQL programming skills and experience with database structures
