Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Retail Brand Marketing to lead and execute the retail brand experience across its showroom locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive retail brand marketing strategy aligned with overall business and brand objectives
- Lead the integration of retail brand marketing initiatives across physical stores, e-commerce, and other emerging channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life in physical spaces, optimizing design, layout, visual merchandising, and overall consumer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in retail brand marketing with a D2C brand, luxury/considered purchase and omnichannel experience preferred
- Proven track record of developing and leading retail executions at scale
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Understanding and acceptance of diversity, equity, inclusion and workplace belonging concepts
