Job Summary
As a key member of a founding team, the full-time Retail Business Development Representative will generate and qualify leads for the new Toast Retail platform by conducting high-volume outreach to prospective retailers, managing sales activities through Salesforce, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate lists of prospective retailers and execute high-volume outreach to assess mutual fit
- Conduct qualification calls to understand prospects' needs and position the Retail solution effectively
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and collaborate with Account Executives on strategy and feedback
Required qualifications
- Driven by a long-term goal of progressing to a full-cycle Account Executive role
- Demonstrated self-discipline and resilience in achieving ambitious daily activity goals
- Proactive in seeking feedback and self-assessing performance for growth
