Retail Buyer

Job Summary

Responsible for procuring third-party products for retail locations across Maryland, the full-time Remote Retail Buyer will build vendor relationships, analyze product demand trends, and collaborate with retail teams to meet store-specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent vendor relations across multiple markets
• Analyze store menus to identify product gaps and submit purchase orders to vendors
• Collaborate with retail inventory planners to ensure optimal stock levels and ordering cadence

Required qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in cannabis retail management or procurement role
• 5+ years of supply chain experience specifically in procurement or inventory planning
• Detailed understanding of cannabis product brands, categories, and types
• Experience with METRC and Dutchie
