Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - Retail Compliance Systems & Forms Support.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve system and form-related issues for internal customers, particularly dealership Controllers
Conduct compliance checks, audits, and maintain form libraries in dealership systems
Collaborate with Compliance Department and other personnel to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Knowledge of dealership systems such as CDK, DealerTrack, and others
Familiarity with the automotive industry and compliance processes
Prior dealership experience is strongly preferred
