Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking
  • Provide warranty support and process warranty claims
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level
  • Must be willing to complete assessments, including a typing test (25 wpm)
  • Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player
