Retail Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive customer service and order management, the part-time Retail Customer Service Representative will communicate with clients' customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve concerns while supporting warranty claims and navigating the global marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking
• Provide warranty support and process warranty claims

Required qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level and complete an English assessment
• Must be willing to complete a typing test (25 wpm)
• Sales experience is highly preferred
