Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of retail demo programs, the full-time Retail Demo Program Manager will drive consumer engagement and sales performance through collaboration with sales, marketing, and third-party agencies, while overseeing demo representative training and merchandising standards, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Co-manage the national retail demo program and oversee demo representative communication, onboarding, and training
- Ensure premium brand presentation and merchandising strategy for demo setups, including sourcing and inventory of branded assets
- Lead execution of key retail demo campaigns, coordinating logistics and managing timelines and documentation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, or demo/sampling programs
- Experience managing demo programs or retail campaigns preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with sales and operations teams
- Experience within the CPG, wellness, grocery, or natural products industry preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
