Retail Fraud Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Retail Fraud Business Systems Analyst will manage the onboarding process for licensees to a new fraud application, ensuring they understand its functionalities and translating data into a secure analytics solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensees during the onboarding process to the fraud application
• Gather requirements from licensees and determine necessary adjustments beyond the standard application experience
• Support data migration, testing, and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and usability of the application

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data migration, testing, and validation within report-driven or analytics-focused applications
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience with retail applications
• Recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to bridge technical concepts with business needs
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively across technical, analytics, and deployment teams
