Retail Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Retail Fulfillment Manager leads the operational execution and performance of a Retail Distribution Center in a full-time capacity, overseeing inventory shipments, 3PL partnerships, and ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Retail DC and hold 3PL accountable for performance standards
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory shipments to ensure timely replenishment to stores
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance investigations

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in retail distribution or supply chain management
• Proven experience managing 3PL partners for performance and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of WMS/OMS systems and inventory control processes
• Experience in coordinating inventory shipments across multiple locations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools
