Retail Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational execution of the Retail Distribution Center, the full-time Retail Fulfillment Manager will coordinate inventory shipments, manage 3PL partnerships, and ensure accurate product delivery to stores while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Retail DC, ensuring accountability for inbound, outbound, and quality standards with 3PL
• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory shipments, ensuring timely receipt and delivery to meet store needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance investigations, partnering with Tech on system integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in retail distribution, DC operations, or supply chain management
• Proven track record in managing 3PL partners and ensuring performance metrics are met
• Strong knowledge of WMS/OMS systems and inventory control processes
• Experience with freight execution and carrier management for store deliveries
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
