Retail Fulfillment Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end execution of retail order fulfillment, the full-time Retail Fulfillment Manager will manage retail purchase orders, oversee 3PL performance, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of retail purchase orders from receipt through shipment, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the retail 3PL, maintaining performance standards and accountability
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements, including routing-guide adherence and chargeback management
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in retail fulfillment, supply chain, or 3PL/warehouse operations management
- Demonstrated experience managing a 3PL relationship, including SLA enforcement and performance scorecards
- Hands-on experience with major retailer compliance and routing-guide requirements
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with WMS or ERP systems
