Retail Innovation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and advancement of the Tailor Shop strategy, the full-time remote Retail Innovation Manager will drive growth initiatives, analyze performance, and enhance customer experiences through customization across the retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational analysis of Tailor Shop performance, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive sales and customer experience
• Develop executive-ready materials that synthesize key performance trends and recommendations for senior leadership
• Manage cross-functional alignment to execute Tailor Shop initiatives and track performance to maximize ROI

Required Qualifications

• BS in Business, Communications, or related field with approximately 4+ years of experience in financial/operational analysis or retail operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights affecting key retail KPIs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Retail or consumer products experience preferred, particularly in customization and consumer experience
• Ability to travel periodically to support store launches and Tailor Shop pilots
