Retail Insights Senior Client Lead

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and delivering insights to merchandising leadership, the full-time Retail Insights Senior Client Lead will facilitate end-to-end project management for key merchandising stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end project management of insight projects for merchandising stakeholders
• Deliver impactful insights through Applied Data Science analysis and shopper behavior
• Lead the creation of case studies and promote best practice sharing across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience in a marketing/business analytics role
• At least 3 years of experience providing retail insights, shopper metrics, or panel data
• Understanding of retail/merchant objectives in assortment, pricing, and promotion decisions
• Experience with industry shopper data tools and methodologies in category management
• Proven ability to analyze customer behavioral data and transform it into actionable insights
