To support research on personal finance management, the remote contract Retail Investor Interview Participant will engage in an AI-moderated interview, discussing their investment strategies, financial goals, and experiences with financial service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Detail personal finance management and investment account strategies
• Explain interactions with various financial service providers
• Provide feedback on digital tools and overall experiences with financial institutions

Required qualifications

• Active retail investor or self-directed financial manager
• Maintains one or more personal investment or brokerage accounts
• Comfortable speaking in an AI-moderated voice interview
• Willing to discuss personal finance strategies and service provider relationships
