Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Retail Job Captain will provide design support in project administration, design development, and contract documents while ensuring compliance with standards and managing project budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Create and review contract documents to ensure compliance with firm standards and regulations
- Coordinate with technical staff and manage project through the contract administration phase
- Oversee budget adherence and mentor junior designers on project tasks
Required qualifications
- Graduate of architecture school or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in retail design projects required
- Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
- Experience with high-volume retail rollouts and ground-up new construction preferred
