Retail Labor Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small analytics team, the full-time Retail Labor Analytics Manager will support labor planning, productivity reporting, and workforce management processes to enhance store performance and profitability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the review and refinement of labor standards through time-in-motion studies and process analysis
• Manage day-to-day workforce management activities, including schedule guidance and labor planning inputs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve technologies used for scheduling labor and accessing operational insights

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, or labor planning
• Strong understanding of workforce management systems, such as Kronos or ProWFM
• Ability to build business cases and conduct payroll and labor analytics
• Experience leading direct reports or project teams
• Working knowledge of retail processes with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities
