Retail Learning Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of retail learning and selling programs, the full-time salaried Retail Learning Director will oversee the development of a unified selling and service model to enhance client engagement and associate capability at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, working onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategy for retail learning, selling, and service enablement across Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus stores
• Design and oversee the execution of onboarding programs and high-impact service initiatives that elevate the client experience and drive performance outcomes
• Partner with senior retail leaders to assess skill needs and align learning solutions with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in retail learning, talent development, or selling and service enablement within a luxury retail environment
• 8+ years of progressive people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in designing and leading large-scale retail learning programs that enhance selling capability
• Expertise in developing and facilitating leadership and service programs with a strong commitment to excellence
