Key Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to manage and achieve targets across departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
