Retail Logistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global fulfillment strategies to optimize delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Design and implement automated fulfillment processes and monitor KPIs for global operations
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and oversee the booking of appointments with freight forwarders and wholesale customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in retail fulfillment operations or supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience managing fulfillment and delivery operations with 3PLs
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-cultural teams
