Retail Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Retail Marketing (TEMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for retailer-facing marketing requests and manage timely follow-ups
• Own end-to-end execution of digital assets for product launches and optimizations across key retail partners
• Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver marketing assets on time and aligned with retailer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in beauty, retail marketing, or eCommerce
• Hands-on experience managing product detail pages (PDPs) and digital assets
• Familiarity with retailer systems such as PXM and PIM
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
