Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and perform post-flight analysis
• Manage project timelines and proactively address issues with the cross-functional team
• Develop and oversee the strategy for sampling programs and coordinate deliverables for the retail channel

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate retail marketing or brand marketing
• Familiarity with the retail prestige environment, particularly within Sephora
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Ability to manage internal and retailer relationships in a dynamic environment
