Job Summary

Owning the reporting of digital media performance across major retailers, the full-time Senior Analyst or Manager, Retail Media Performance will build and maintain dashboards, optimize campaigns, and align cross-functionally to support the eCommerce team's retail media investments from the Schaumburg, IL or Phoenix, AZ office on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain standardized reporting on digital media performance metrics and deliver scorecards to business units and leadership
  • Recommend budget allocations and optimization strategies, identifying opportunities for high-ROI placements
  • Collaborate with Finance and digital shelf teams to connect media insights to revenue and conversion performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant eCommerce/Digital Advertising experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or retail industries
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms, including Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly expert-level Excel skills
