Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Media Performance Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of performance media strategies across retail media networks to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Partner with Retail Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to align media plans with product launches and promotional calendars
- Define and track KPIs and deliver actionable reporting and insights to Retail Marketing stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance media planning, retail media, eCommerce media, or paid search/media strategy
- Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or Best Buy Ads
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and retail media measurement frameworks
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs
