Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale revenue sourcing opportunities with retailer sales organizations
• Develop joint business plans with Retail Media Networks to drive supplier adoption and revenue growth
• Train and coach internal teams on best practices for implementing retailer processes and offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in media monetization within retail media networks
• Demonstrated success in sales or brand marketing within retail or consumer goods
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for actionable insights
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Retail Media Networks
