Retail Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new mortgage business through referral sources such as realtors and past clients
• Conduct outbound calling and selling to member leads and credit union provided non-member leads
• Take accurate and complete first mortgage loan applications, collect initial documentation, and forward to processing unit

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5 years of experience as a retail loan officer or related
• Able to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies
• Capable of consistent integrity and ethics in actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts
