Job Summary

Managing Retail Mortgage Underwriting teams, the full-time remote Operations Support Senior Manager will lead the delivery of quality underwriting decisions while collaborating with the Core Operations team and overseeing team performance, staffing, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and delegate tasks to Retail Mortgage Underwriting teams to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement Underwriting Strategy in partnership with functional owners
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing requirements, including hiring and disciplinary actions

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Retail Mortgage Underwriting Leadership
• Extensive knowledge of Retail Mortgage, Credit Policy, and Underwriting
• Working knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines and Quality Expectations
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
