Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to support sales and field teams through payroll processing and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor support queues and shift support as necessary
- Process sales payrolls and maintain accurate sales reports
- Provide customer service and training to the field team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in retail operations, finance, or logistics
- Ability to create and modify spreadsheets using advanced Google Sheets functions
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Google Suite
