Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to support sales and field teams through payroll processing and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor support queues and shift support as necessary
  • Process sales payrolls and maintain accurate sales reports
  • Provide customer service and training to the field team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in retail operations, finance, or logistics
  • Ability to create and modify spreadsheets using advanced Google Sheets functions
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Google Suite
