Job Summary
Detail-driven and organized, the full-time Retail Operations Coordinator will support sales and field teams through payroll processing, reporting, and operational support while working onsite in Southlake, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor support queues and process assigned sales payrolls effectively
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update field personnel information in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and training support to internal teams and field associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in retail operations, finance, or logistics
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions like formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
