Job Summary

Detail-driven and organized, the full-time Retail Operations Coordinator will support sales and field teams through payroll processing, reporting, and operational support while working onsite in Southlake, TX.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor support queues and process assigned sales payrolls effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and update field personnel information in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and training support to internal teams and field associates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of experience in retail operations, finance, or logistics
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions like formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
