Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Operations Manager who will optimize supply chain and sales performance for key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead joint business planning with retail partners to align on demand, promotions, and seasonal strategies
• Optimize inventory levels across retail locations and implement CPFR processes to improve order-to-delivery efficiency
• Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data to present KPIs and develop strategic recommendations for growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of CPFR methodologies and tools
• CPG industry experience required, with experience in Target preferred
• Excellent data analysis and Excel skills
