• Project manage store openings, closures, remodels, and relocations while collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Oversee daily operations of North American stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail operations team, providing coaching and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience in retail
• 5+ years of high-level retail leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and project tracking
