Job Summary

Retail Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the expansion of Nex Playground through operational project management and retail partnerships, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage retail partnerships, including contracts and product distribution workflows
• Track project timelines and deliverables for product launches and market expansions
• Analyze retail performance metrics to refine merchandising strategies and enhance brand awareness

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail strategy and operations or related fields
• Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail merchandising execution
• Experience with category management and retail operations with major retailers
• Ability to manage multiple complex merchandising projects
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
