Retail Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Retail Planning & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insight and analysis to support retail workforce strategies and develop reports impacting customer experience
• Collaborate on data entry and management within the KRONOS/UKG Pro system to ensure accuracy
• Research and analyze data to recommend improvements and assist in the execution of cost-saving plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in workforce management or analytics
• Hands-on experience with KRONOS/UKG Pro or similar workforce management systems
• Experience with large business transformation efforts for back-office systems
• Ability to analyze data using web tools and prepare reports for process improvement
