Retail Process Optimization Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Retail Process Optimization Manager, this role will manage audit processes, enhance reporting through BI tools, and support team development while working closely with operations and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in current audit processes to maximize resources and revenue growth
• Utilize BI tools like SQL Management Studio, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance reporting and data visualization
• Lead the development lifecycle of report generation and provide training materials for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• 8+ years of audit and management experience in the Retail space
• Expertise in claims recovery lifecycles and financial forecasting
• 2+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Power BI and data modeling
• Strong SQL programming skills and demonstrated project management abilities
