Retail Processing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Processing Team Lead to oversee processing operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training and coaching Processors while ensuring compliance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations
• Lead a team of up to 10 Processors and manage daily processing activities
• Process loan applications and communicate with various stakeholders to clear loan conditions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in processing and/or reverse mortgage
• Solid working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
• High energy and self-motivated with a positive attitude
