Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED) required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or retail operations; cannabis experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing buyers or procurement teams
• Strong vendor management skills with experience in national account development
• Experience with cannabis software, ERP systems, and compliance tools
