Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Retail Program Manager to lead a large retail systems implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large full lifecycle projects including Retail & Merchandising
Oversee the rollout and transformation of retail systems such as POS and Merchandising
Manage multiple project workstreams and collaborate with external vendors and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

Enterprise Retail Experience
Experience with Oracle XStore is preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
