Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Lead Project Coordinator for New Stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of multiple Store Planning fixture and remodel projects
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal partners while tracking project progress and addressing issues
• Provide weekly updates and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Proven project coordination experience across multiple projects
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction
• Comfortable with fluctuating workloads and after-hours calls
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel and Smartsheet
