Retail Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing administrative and retail projects remotely, the full-time Retail Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams across various phases of development, ensuring project goals are met in terms of speed to market, quality, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects including renovations, modifications, and closures from initiation through financial closeout
• Provide weekly updates on project schedules, risks, and budget status to stakeholders using technology
• Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with project policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience in design and construction
• Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations required
• Experience in the financial services or retail banking industry preferred
• Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
