Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (3 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for store-level positions and support corporate and warehouse hiring as needed
• Maintain job postings and applicant tracking system information
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and track recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in retail or high-volume hiring
• Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST) hours
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with ATS platforms; familiarity with Lever is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft tools, with advanced Excel skills being a bonus
