Retail Recruiter

Job Summary

As a full-time Retail Recruiter based in Texas or Florida, the successful candidate will manage the entire recruiting cycle for Retail Branch roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and making offers, while also communicating with candidates and stakeholders and utilizing standard Talent Acquisition tools.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all activities for the recruiting cycle for high volume, entry-level roles
• Capture and respond to recruiting data sets throughout the recruiting process
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultation on the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for retail positions
• Strong ability to proactively source talent
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively
