Job Summary

Retail Rollout Project Manager, a freelance position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, is responsible for overseeing multi-site retail rollouts with a focus on construction and installation, ensuring project timelines and coordination among various stakeholders are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain master schedules for multiple retail rollout projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align design, fabrication, permitting, and construction efforts
  • Monitor project health and escalate delays or conflicts to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management within retail architecture or construction environments
  • Proven ability to manage retail build schedules and coordinate execution
  • Experience with permit-related workflows and submission coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Drive, and Monday.com
  • Availability to work West Coast business hours, including early morning PST meetings
