Job Summary

Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Retail Sales Commission Analyst will manage the end-to-end administration, processing, reconciliation, and analysis of commission payments for ACA and Medicare products, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting agent and carrier relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely commission reconciliation while providing reporting insights to enhance commission processes
  • Investigate and resolve commission issues, including discrepancies, retroactive adjustments, and chargebacks
  • Calculate and process monthly commission payouts, maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 2 years of experience in commission analysis, sales compensation, or financial operations
  • Proven ability to research and resolve commission discrepancies
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance products and commission payment processes
