Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Sales Director to lead sales efforts and drive growth in retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts with current partners and pioneer new launches across various channels
• Optimize product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional execution across all retail touchpoints
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions to maximize ROI

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of CPG sales and account management experience
• At least 3 years of direct experience leading the Target business, with additional channel experience
• Proven history of architecting multi-channel expansions and negotiating favorable terms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite and retail analytics platforms
