Job Summary
Leading the development of actionable business insights, the full-time Retail Sales Insights Manager will manage a team of analysts and serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, focusing on transforming complex data into clear recommendations that drive growth and influence customer strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Retail Sales Analysts, establishing priorities and fostering a high-performance culture
- Act as the primary insights advisor to sales leadership, identifying growth opportunities and influencing customer strategy through data-driven recommendations
- Evaluate sales performance and market trends, developing executive-level narratives that translate complex data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in CPG analytics, category management, or sales strategy
- Experience with retailer sales data and syndicated datasets (e.g., Circana, NielsenIQ) preferred
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to connect multiple data sources
- Experience supporting customer sales and revenue growth teams
